Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Max Photo Frames app (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the App.

Use License

Permission is granted to download a copy of the App for personal, non-commercial use only. This is a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the App

Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” basis. Max8Tech makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Max8Tech or its developer be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if Max8 Tech has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to the App shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
